ExhibitionistReview.com is being restored in response to a demand for an “intellectual” approach to flashing. 

In other words, flashing and the prurient interest is one thing (and we have no quarrel with its prurient value) but there are some who want to go further and UNDERSTAND what flashing is all about.  Why do flashers do it?!

ExhibitionistReview will attempt to delve into the flasher psyche and find out what makes a flasher “tick”!
