Asian Woman at tram stop (Royal Pde. Melb); she was in her mid 20’s.
It was raining lightly, a bit cold and about 9pm. I’d been riding around on my push bike all day looking for girls to flash. I was wearing only an oil skin duffle coat, white tee shirt, scarf, hat and runners. I was not wearing any pants, the buttoned-up duffle coat kept it all out of view and warm.
I noticed this girl by herself at the tram stop shelter. I parked my bike and casually walked up to the shelter and sat down. The girl was still standing up and pacing around in front of me, talking on her mobile.
I started to unbutton my coat and let the scarf fall between my legs covering my Old Lizard. Old Liz responded instantly to the smooth feel of my scarf and the anticipation of being seen. I started to sway my legs apart but still hiding behind the scarf. Ole Liz was working up into a frenzy.
The girl finally sat down inside the shelter and I started a quick conversation. We got talking about the weather and I told her how much I love it when Melbourne brings on these lovely light showers and the fresh smell it brings. I told her how much I love the feeling of cold on hot, and proceeded to open up my coat fully. There was Old Liz, fully hard and erect, staring this girl in the face.
She just said “OK, I see”.
She got back on the phone and started having an Asian conversation with someone. I continued to jerk off for this girl and she kept looking over all the time; naturally I kept on going.
I got a bit cheeky and asked her if that was a girl friend she was talking with, please invite her here as well, the more girls the better, etc…
She continued watching me stroke until I ejaculated all over my bare legs. I was so turned on by this flash, perhaps because I was wearing no shorts at all.

Yes I’ve been busted by the cops (too many times to remember) and I once did a 4 month jail stint back in the early 1990s for flashing. Most of the busts involved school girls. Amazingly I haven’t been busted since the jail term, some 20 yrs ago.

COMMENT:
A couple of points spring to mind…
One is that you had a scarf that hid Ole Liz from view when you felt it was appropriate. Flashers always, or most always, have something of this nature at the ready…a coat, a bag and in this case, a scarf.
The…er…point is: flashers don’t just flash willy-nilly. They usually have carefully worked-out systems in place.
The other point is that yes, you had a good run but yes, it is risky and you have done time…mostly for flashing school girls. I also have a conviction for flashing children.
The message is clear: if you are going to flash, come what may, then flash adults. It is still illegal (in some countries) and it is still risky (in some countries) but by and large adults are not too worried by a flash. I’ve done many, many interviews with women and it is very rare indeed that they have reported a flash to the police. It can and does happen, but it is rare.
