I lived in Minsk 1994-95. Loved every minute of it. I did quite a bit of flashing. The girls have fantastic reactions to seeing my penis.
I also saw many, many of the most beautiful bare breasts, from ages 12 to 35, in the Park. The breasts did not mentally scar me, LOL. And I didn’t have to go to the public baths (banya), that are famous for completely bare bodies, to see such beautiful scenery. Oh Bozha, babushki nyet!
I did not flash on the metro because I felt trapped in the carriages. Thinking back, there were a few circumstances on the metro I wish I had flashed because I know the reaction would have been memorable, but in the summer when it is warm enough the carriages are too crowded for anyone to get a look sitting down.
Nevertheless, I did successfully flash along the Visloch River Walk, at Comsomolsk Park especially, and from my apartment in the Clock Factory District (Chelyuskinsov Park area). The new single family housing areas out toward the Minsk suburb Ziliyoni Lyuk are great for sun bathing nude. I really wish I had recorded it, but the compact technology did not exist at the time.
I recommend a full summer visit to this wonderful city for any world travelling flasher. Be prepared to speak Russian however.

I asked Kevin if one could get by without a knowledge of the Russian language. He replied:
If you are out on your own in an unfamiliar place then you should know Russian. Definitely get a detailed city street map, and a monthly public transport pass.
If you don’t know Russian, then you should make contact with someone online (blog sites, web sites, skype, yahoo IM, whatever) and make arrangements for them to be your part-time guide (not your companion) only to get you oriented and established for the short time you will be there. However, I would plan as much time by yourself as you can possibly plan. There is much ground to be covered in this target rich and highly compatible enviroment.
Rent an apartment for the most financially effecient stay, lower to the ground, but not on the first floor. Older Stalin-era apartment blocks are structurally superior, but Kruschev-era concrete slab apartments are crammed together so that you can window flash girls in the next block or in the apartment commons ground.
